Mithila is a art form painted by women in southern Nepal and some parts of India

Our latest trip, Nepal 2016, saw us trekking the Manaslu and Annapurna Circuits, returning to Janakpur and Tansen and visiting Daman.
Our Nindia 2013 trip combined India and Nepal. We returned to the Everest region and visited Janakpur, Tansen and Lumbini on our way to/from India.

In 2010, we made a 50 days trek in the Everest and Arun Valleys, an other unforgettable experience.
Nindia 2008 trip combined Nepal and India. We started with a 45 days trek in the Everest region and the Arun Valley trek and spent the rest of our 3-month stay exploring the Kathmandu valley, Gorkha, Bandipur, Pokhara, Tansen and Lumbini before crossing over to India.
