Windowshopping in France

(thomas;2018-Sep-19)

French shop windows are a photographer's dream. One afternoon in Paris (or a couple in the provinces) and you will have collected two dozen fascinating specimens. Some examples, mostly from Paris but a few also from Brittany and even from Morocco.

Not strictly a window... haberdashery display in the Paris Bon Marché.
Drinks anyone? La Samaritaine: Windows and Shopping. It's Paris, after all!? A second-hand bookshop. All sorts of cooking stuff. Caffè Italiano. Where Yoda meets Superman. Where's Asterix? A cane for every occasion? Flying dogs or crazy taxidermists? Mirrors and books at Sonia Rykiel's shop in Rue des Saint-Pères. Rats. The chicken kitchen. Not France, and not a window. But shopping all right. Moroccan wool market. Olives and lemons and garlic to go (oh, the smells and the taste!). And then… some sweets for dessert? Midget meets Garçon Français. Chocolate Eskimos, chocolate igloos.
