Stage design for the Metropolitan Opera House
The last room in the exhibition was an immersion in the fantastic world of the sets for operas, ballets and concerts created by Hockney for the Metropolitan Opera House, New York in 1981.

Check here for more and an overview of his stage designs.
Digital Works
Hockney embraced the digital world in 2008 and quickly moved on to work with an iPhone and then an iPad. His digital works are quite impressive and I encourage you to check the pages dedicated to this facet of his work.
Many of the pictures shown in the Hockney25 exhibition, particularly the ones from the Normandy series have been done on an iPad. This video gives an idea of the process.
