- Robust 2019: six weeks starting with four days in Budapest followed by four weeks in Romania and finishing in Sofia after ten days in Bulgaria
- Hanuman 2018: two months with three and half weeks in Sri Lanka and the rest spent by travelling from Mumbai to Delhi via Gujarat, Rajasthan and the Punjab
- Maroc 2017: six weeks in Morocco, exploring the country with public transport
- Nepal 2016: three months in Nepal, partly during the monsoon, trekking the Manaslu and Annapurna circuits
- Turkey 2015: five and a half weeks starting with 10 days in Cappadocia followed by a dash east to the Armenian border for the site of Ani and travelling back to Istanbul along the shores of the Black Sea.
- South India 2015: two months travelling from Mumbai to Chennai via the western Ghats and Kanyakumari, the southernmost point in India
- SEA 2014: two months in Cambodia and Burma/Myanmar
- Nindia 2013: five months in Nepal and India with a long trek through the Everest Region
- Calamyti 2011: a long stint through south-east Asia to visit Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
- Nepal 2010: three months in the Nepalese mountains, Everest and Arun Valley treks
