West Country 2025

Read some day-to-day blogs we wrote during our stays in the West Country and Dorset in 2025 with many pictures of our hikes and visits:
- March 2025:
- Based in Exmouth (Devon): Montacute House, Stourhead House, Exeter, A La Ronde and a nice piece of the Jurassic Coast
- Based in Doniford (Somerset): Quantock Hills, Exmoor and the Somerset Jurassic Coast
- Based in Weymouth (Dorset): Jurassic Coast, Durdle Door, Portland
- October 2025:
- Based in Doniford (Somerset): we loved it so much in March that we returned a few months later. The highlights this time were the Somerset Jurassic Coast (again) and a visit to Cleeve Abbey.
- Based in Hayle (Cornwall): the Cornish coast, Land's End, Falmouth, St Michael's Mount, Penzance
